By using RentSaver (the Chrome extension and/or web app at rentsaver.app), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What RentSaver Does

RentSaver is a tool that helps you save, organize, and compare rental listings from third-party websites. We do not host, create, or verify any rental listings. All listing content originates from external platforms (e.g. Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, PadMapper).

3. Accuracy of Listing Data

Listing information saved through RentSaver (prices, availability, descriptions, images) is extracted from third-party websites and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. RentSaver makes no guarantees about the accuracy of any listing data. Always verify listings directly with the landlord or original source before making any decisions.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be 18 years of age or older to use RentSaver. You agree not to share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use RentSaver for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the service
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with RentSaver
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its servers

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

RentSaver is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listing data will be accurate or up to date. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RentSaver and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any decisions made based on listing data displayed in RentSaver.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to RentSaver at any time, for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of RentSaver after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
